Six of the sixty-eight.
These are the ones where the constraint is easiest to explain. Each page is written the way we would talk you through it on site: what the building would not let us do, what we did instead, and what it cost.
Drawings, not photographs. We publish the plan, the section, and the elevation because they are what we actually made — the photographs belong to the people who live there.

Your site has a constraint too.
It might be a wetland buffer, a floor structure nobody has priced, or a town that quietly stopped approving your programme in 2023. Six weeks and a fixed fee finds out before it costs you a purchase price.
