Physical therapy in Denver.
Our post-surgical clinic. Sited deliberately within fifteen minutes of the orthopaedic groups on 17th and in Cherry Creek, because week-one rehab should not require a highway.
Serving Lower Highland, Sunnyside, Berkeley, Sloan's Lake, Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek, Wheat Ridge, and Edgewater. No physician referral required.

Ground floor of the grey brick building on the north side of West 32nd, between Zuni and Alcott. Our entrance is the one with the frosted glass, tucked left of the bakery — not the lobby door the mapping apps send you to.
DirectionsAbout this clinic
Denver was the clinic that forced us to write the standard down. Opening a second location is where most practices quietly become a different business, so before the lease was signed we put the rules on paper — one hour, one therapist, discharge criteria at visit one — and have refused any growth that would break them since.
It is now the busiest clinic in the group and the one weighted hardest toward post-surgical work: total joints, rotator cuff repairs, and a steadily growing share of hip arthroscopy. Nadia Haddad leads it, and she is the person our referring surgeons ring when a protocol needs interpreting rather than following.
What’s different here
- Heaviest post-surgical caseload in the group, with two dedicated early-phase bays
- Extended Monday and Wednesday evenings for patients coming straight from work
- Bilingual English/Spanish clinical care with Benjamín Arriaga
Validated parking in the structure at 32nd and Such — bring your ticket to the front desk. Six street spaces on West 32nd turn over quickly; the alley behind the building is permit-only and towed with enthusiasm.
The 32 bus stops at the door. A twelve-minute walk from Union Station across the Millennium Bridge if the weather is behaving.
- Private treatment room
- Force plate & handheld dynamometry
- Full squat rack and platform
- 240fps gait treadmill
- Step-free access from the lot
- Spanish spoken on site
- Two early-phase post-op bays
- Anti-gravity treadmill
- Validated garage parking

Who you'll see at Denver.
You get one of these people for the full hour, every visit — and the same one for your whole plan of care. Several of them also cover another clinic, so a move mid-plan doesn't mean starting again with a stranger.
Nadia Haddad
Lead Therapist, Denver
Nadia runs the group's busiest post-surgical caseload and is the person our referring surgeons call when a protocol needs interpreting. She spent four years in a joint-replacement service before joining Foothold and brought the habit of writing everything down: the one-page surgeon update that every clinic now sends is hers.

Restores road bikesBenjamín Arriaga
Physical Therapist
Ben came up through collegiate soccer and treats a lot of it — hamstrings, groins, and the ankle sprains that everyone assumes resolve on their own. He runs the group's strength-and-performance block in Denver, and he is the therapist to ask for if you would like the rehab conducted mostly in Spanish.

Referees adult leagueMarcus Oyelaran
Lead Therapist, Longmont
Ten years as an athletic trainer before his DPT, six of them on industrial sites, which is why Marcus is the group's reference on work-injury cases. He will ask what you lift, how many times an hour, and at what height, and then build the plan around that rather than around a diagnosis code. He writes his own return-to-work letters.

Camille Devereux (Director of Patient Access) also works out of this clinic.

The clinic is pre-filled — you only need to change it if you would rather be seen somewhere else, and the service list will change with it.
Your first visit
Bring the boring paperwork
Photo ID, insurance card, and your referral or surgical protocol if you have one. If you do not have a referral, come anyway — Colorado is a direct-access state.
Dress for the joint
Shorts for anything below the waist, a tank or sports bra for shoulders and necks. If you are here about running, bring the shoes you actually run in, worn and unwashed.
Ninety minutes for the evaluation
The first appointment is longer than the rest. History, hands-on exam, baseline testing on the plate and the dynamometer, and you leave with the plan and the discharge criteria in writing.
You will start treatment that day
Nobody gets evaluated and sent home with a photocopy. You will do real work in the first hour and leave with two or three things to do before the next visit — not a booklet of twelve.
Monday and Wednesday we run until 8pm. Those slots book out roughly three weeks ahead — if you need one, say so when you enquire and we will put you on the cancellation list, which moves fast.
Every clinic is step-free from the parking lot, has an accessible restroom and a private treatment room, and has at least one height-adjustable table. Say the word when you book and we will hold a ground-floor bay. English and Spanish at every clinic. ASL interpretation with five business days' notice, at no cost to you.
Who drives to Denver.
Most of this clinic’s patients come from Lower Highland, Sunnyside, Berkeley and the surrounding towns. If you are further out, it is still worth ringing — we’d rather tell you honestly that another Foothold clinic, or someone else entirely, is a better use of your time.

Questions before you book at Denver?
Ring (303) 555-0184 and someone at this clinic — not a call centre — will pick up. Or send the group a message and it will reach the desk that can actually answer it.
Foothold Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned physical therapy group serving Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Golden — the Front Range from the Poudre to Clear Creek.
