What's included
Membership sites tend to list twenty features and deliver three. This is the whole list, and every item on it is something a member uses in a normal month.
Fifteen filmed lessons across foundations, colour, and line-and-wash illustration. Shot overhead in real time — you see the whole wash, including the twenty seconds where nothing appears to be happening, which is the part every other tutorial cuts.
Two hours, one painting, start to finish alongside Anneke. Cameras optional, chat open, questions answered while the paper is still wet. Recorded and posted to the library by Tuesday if the time zone doesn't work for you.
Post a painting, get a written critique back inside 48 hours — from Anneke on the first Wednesday of each month, from the member moderators otherwise. Every critique on the wall is public, because reading other people's is where most of the learning happens.

The three tracks
Each track builds one specific capability in a specific order. You can start any of them at any time, but within a track the order matters and skipping ahead mostly wastes your afternoon.
Five lessons on the only variable that actually matters in wet-in-wet painting: how much water is on the brush and how much is already in the paper. Most beginner courses spend this time on brush grips and colour wheels. This one spends it teaching you to look at a wash from a low angle and know, from the sheen alone, what will happen if you touch it right now.
A limited-palette course built around a hard constraint: two blues, two reds, two yellows, and nothing else for five lessons. Almost every colour problem people bring to the critique wall — chalky mixes, plastic greens, mud, shadows that look painted on rather than cast — turns out to be a palette problem rather than a skill problem. This track is the fix.
The illustration track. Five lessons on combining ink line with loose colour — the sketchbook idiom that travels, works in twenty minutes, and doesn't require a studio. It is also the fastest way to improve at watercolour generally, because a sketchbook removes the pressure that makes people overwork a sheet.
First Sunday, every month
The Wet Session is the closest thing to standing next to Anneke at the easel. She paints one thing start to finish in real time — no cuts, including the parts where a wash is drying and nothing appears to be happening, which is exactly when most of the decisions get made.
